Description

Ingredients
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 scoop NZProtein Marine Collagen (unflavored)
  • ¼ cup coconut oil (melted)
  • ¼ cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional:
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips or chopped nuts
Instructions

    Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

    In a bowl, whisk together the almond flour, collagen, baking soda, and salt.

    Stir in the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until dough forms.

    Fold in chocolate chips or nuts if using.

    Scoop out small portions (about 1 tbsp) and roll into balls. Place on baking tray and flatten slightly.

    Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.

    Let cool on the tray for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Note

Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
You can swap almond flour for oat flour if preferred.
