Ingredients
  • 1 scoop NZProtein Egg White Powder
  • 1 scoop NZProtein NZ Whey Protein (NZProtein Pea Isolate Protein (optional, for extra protein))
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats (for fiber – or use oat flour)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional, supports digestion)
  • Wet:
  • 1/2 banana (mashed — adds fiber + prebiotics)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (helps fluffiness & digestion)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

    Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, combine the egg white powder, oats, protein powder, baking powder, and cinnamon.

    Mash & Combine Wet: In a separate bowl, mash the banana. Stir in milk, apple cider vinegar, and vanilla.

    Make the Batter: Combine wet and dry ingredients. Let sit for 2–3 minutes to thicken.

    Cook: Heat a non-stick pan or skillet on medium heat. Lightly oil with coconut oil or spray. Scoop small amounts of batter and cook 2–3 minutes per side, flipping when bubbles form.
