Ingredients
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop NZProtein Creatine Monohydrate
  • 1 cup of Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup of almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • ½ cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
Instructions

    In a jar or bowl, combine rolled oats, Greek yogurt, and almond milk.
