Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.

In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas and then mix in the eggs, vanilla extract, and honey.

In another bowl, combine whole wheat flour, NZProtein Creatine Monohydrate, baking soda, and salt.

Gradually add the dry mixture into the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Fold in walnuts if using. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.

Bake for 45–50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before slicing.
