A crunchy, high-protein snack crafted to support weight loss & fat burn, perfect for curbing hunger, boosting energy, and staying on track with your fitness goals.

Instructions

  1. Mix dry stuff in a bowl:
  2. Protein, oats, nuts, seeds
  3. Mix wet stuff in another bowl:
  4. Peanut butter + honey (microwave 15 sec to soften)
  5. Combine everything
  6. Add wet to dry
  7. Add a little water if too dry
  8. Mix until dough forms
  9. Press into a tray
  10. Use parchment paper to make it easy
  11. Chill for 1 hour in the fridge
  12. Cut into bars and enjoy!
