Description
A crunchy, high-protein snack crafted to support weight loss & fat burn, perfect for curbing hunger, boosting energy, and staying on track with your fitness goals.
Ingredients
  • 2 scoops ON 100% Whey Isolate (Chocolate Bliss or Vanilla)
  • ⅓ cup chopped nuts (any kind)
  • ¼ cup peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 2 tbsp honey (or sugar-free syrup)
  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 tbsp chia or flax seeds
  • A little water or almond milk (1–3 tbsp)
Instructions

    Mix dry stuff in a bowl:

    Protein, oats, nuts, seeds

    Mix wet stuff in another bowl:

    Peanut butter + honey (microwave 15 sec to soften)

    Combine everything

    Add wet to dry

    Add a little water if too dry

    Mix until dough forms

    Press into a tray

    Use parchment paper to make it easy

    Chill for 1 hour in the fridge
