Description
A creamy, diabetic-friendly dip made with added protein to support balanced blood sugar and sustained energy, perfect for pairing with raw veggies or whole-grain crackers as a smart snack or appetizer.
Ingredients
  • 1 cup cooked chickpeas
  • 1-2 tbsp tahini
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 scoop NZProtein Faba Bean Protein or NZProtein Pea Isolate Protein (unflavored)
  • Water to thin (as needed)
  • Salt to taste
